After your first box, you’ll unlock access to our Monthly Members’ Box: a brand-new edit released every month for our subscriber community, designed to keep your routine fresh and exciting. 

Depending on when you joined us, you’ll receive a detailed email 10 days before your next monthly payment, revealing exactly what’s inside your upcoming box - so there are no surprises. (Just make sure you’re opted into email marketing so you don’t miss it.) This is also your chance to pause or skip if it’s not for you.

After your first box, you’ll move on to our Monthly Members’ Box, joining the rest of our subscriber community. Each month, we release a brand-new edit designed to keep your routine feeling fresh, relevant, and exciting.

Not exactly. All new subscribers will always start with our Welcome Box, and after that, you’ll automatically receive our Monthly Members’ Box as part of the subscriber community.

However, you do have control. After your first box, you’ll get a preview of each upcoming Monthly Members’ Box before you’re charged. If it’s not to your taste, you can choose to skip or pause that month.

So while you can’t select specific boxes, you can decide which ones you’d prefer not to receive.

Your first box — our Welcome Box — is sent shortly after you subscribe.

After that, our monthly Members’ Boxes launch on the 15th of each month, which is when subscriptions for that edit close and preparations for shipping begin. Boxes start dispatching from around the 17th of the month.

During busy periods, it can take a few working days for all orders to be processed, but once your box has been dispatched it should arrive within around 3 working days (Monday–Friday).

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your box leaves our warehouse, so you’ll know it’s on the way.

Your first payment is taken when you subscribe, and your Welcome Box will be sent shortly after.

After that, your subscription renews on the same date each month as the day you signed up, and you’ll receive your next monthly Members’ Box.

For example, if you subscribe on the 28th, you’ll be billed again on the 28th of each following month and your next box will then be prepared for dispatch.

If you choose a 3 or 6 month subscription, the next payment will be taken on the same date when that subscription period ends.

Yes — you’re always in control of your subscription.

If you’d like to take a break, you can skip a delivery directly from your account area instead of cancelling. Many subscribers do this if they’re travelling or want time to enjoy their products.

You can also pause or cancel your subscription quickly and easily through your account at any time — no need to contact customer service.

You can turn your points into a money-off voucher for your active subscription. Simply create your voucher here, and we’ll send you a code to apply in your account area before your next renewal.

Use points on a one-off purchase

You can also use your points when placing an order on our website. Just make sure you’re logged in and your basket is £30 or more. At checkout, you’ll see the option to apply your points.

Points can be redeemed 200 at a time, which gives you £10 off your order.
