Beauty Kitchen Konjac Sponge, full size worth £7.50,

This is a brilliant all-natural cleansing sponge which will leave your skin smooth and glowing. Made from pure plant roots, it will exfoliate your skin as well as cleansing it, and it’s gentle enough to use every day. If you’ve been wanting to switch away from single-use wipes and pads, this product will change your regime for good.

To use, it simply soak it in warm water until it softens and expands, then squeeze out the excess. You can use it with your regular cleanser, massaging it over your skin to sweep away dirt and dead skin cells and leave your skin super-soft.

Once you’ve finished, just rinse the sponge out, and hang it up to dry. It should last you 2-3 months and after that it’s compostable, just like the packaging it comes in.

Beauty Kitchen Abyssinian Oil Quick Fix Moisture Mask, full size worth £12.50

For a lovely DIY facial, I definitely recommend you combine your konjac sponge with its sister Beauty Kitchen mask.

This hydrating mask will make a visible difference to your skin in just five minutes, or you can choose to cocoon yourself for longer in this nourishing and hydrating formula.

Just smooth a thin layer over your face and neck, and enjoy the wildflower meadow fragrance – it’s a real spa in a jar!

Afterwards, simply massage the mask off with your damp konjac sponge so you get that extra exfoliation benefit too.

Aromatherapy Associates Morning Bath & Shower Oil, 9ml travel size

Speaking of feel-good fragrances, here’s a product that’s sure to get your day off to a good start. To use it, just massage the oil over your skin before you go into the shower (and trust me, the scent will linger afterwards), or alternatively add it to your bath.

Grow Gorgeous Intense Thickening Hair and Scalp Mask, 30ml travel size

If you're able to find time for a nice soak in the tub, then make sure you bring this hair and scalp mask into the bathroom. It’s a real ten-minute treat for your hair, with benefits from roots to tips. Apply it on freshly washed hair, starting from your scalp and taking it through to the ends.

Normally, putting a mask onto your roots would weigh your hair down, but this one is perfect for fine hair as it actually increases volume instantly, with ingredients that physically fatten up your strands. I’ve got fine hair and I can confirm it gives a definite boost!

It also contains caffeine to wake up your hair follicles, so don’t forget to treat yourself to a DIY scalp massage. Then leave it on for 10 minutes so that the moisturising shea butter and coconut oil can penetrate into your lengths to leave them shiny and soft.

L'Occitane Shea Butter Foot Cream, 10ml travel size

This month’s box is all about top to toe pampering, which is why we’ve included this iconic foot cream. After a long walk there’s nothing nicer than getting home, massaging in this soothing cream and putting your feet up.

It also makes feet look far more presentable instantly, which is good news with sandal season approaching.

Yardley London Flowerful Collection, with 5 mini EDTs

Finish off your pampering with this fragrance discovery kit, which is the perfect way to play and spray.

It contains minis of all five scents in Yardley’s Flowerful collection, which taps into the “modern floral” trend. Each one takes a classic single note, and then amps it up with a balanced blend of top and base notes.

Yardley’s rose, for instance, isn’t just the petals but also the crisp green-ness of the stem, plus lemon, white musk and amber. I’ve also added Luxe Gardenia (think spring in a bottle) to my daytime fragrance wardrobe, and I’ll be wearing Decadent Mimosa to the first sunny beer garden I can find!
