Lisa’s me-time routine
The model and presenter shares the five steps she never skips in her morning wellness routine…
- 5am wake-up: “I always get up really early in the morning. George [Lisa’s partner] and I get up around 5am and we go to the gym together. Couples that work out together stay together.”
- Supplements and drinks: “I always start with a shot of my probiotic supplement. I take a coffee with me to the gym and then when I get home I have hot water with lemon and take a collagen supplement.”
- Indulgent shower: “For me, self care and me-time starts in the bathroom with a luxurious shower moment. First, I dry brush my body while the shower gets going. I always use shower gels with aromatherapy smells. The Sanctuary Spa oil from my box is a go-to.”
- Serious skincare: “I do my cleansing once I'm out of the shower. I like balms because I find them really nourishing and moisturising, and I really like to massage formulas in. The power of massage is amazing and it’s really important, especially as you get older, because you can really plump up the skin and get the blood flow going.”
- Hair TLC: “It depends on whether I’ve washed my hair or not that morning, but if I haven’t then I’ll use a dry shampoo combined to give my hair life. I’m not brilliant at styling my hair but I use a wand to give my hair a subtle wave – that, I have mastered!”
