Subscription Information

At OK! Beauty Box, it's our mission to provide you with the very latest in luxury cosmetic and beauty products every single month, delivered straight to your door.

Our aim is to make your subscription with us as easy and as flexible as we possibly can, in order to provide you with an exciting new way of discovering the very best products that we are confident you'll love.

To make things as simple as possible we only offer one subscription, and that is our Monthly Beauty Box Subscription. You'll receive one beauty box every month at a cost of just £15 including free shipping. New boxes are launched and recurring payments charged on the 15th of each month.

You can skip a month or cancel at any time, meaning you're always in control.

As part of our mission to put our loyal subscribers first, we're also committed to doing our bit to reduce waste and help the environment which is why all of our boxes are now 100% recyclable and eco-friendly.

*Please note: Once you purchase a subscription from us, you'll need to create an account - (don't worry this is free of charge) whereby you'll be able to stay 100% in control of your subscriptions. Within your account area you can access all of the information regarding your subscription and how to manage it.

Customer Account

Once you have made a purchase with us you'll need to create an account so that you can manage your subscription. This is super easy and only takes 30 seconds.

If you're using a mobile:

- Click the 3 lines icon in the top right of the screen

- Select Log In

- Click 'create account' under the Sign In button

- Follow the steps making sure to use the same email address as you did for your purchase

If using a desktop:

- Click the 'person' icon in the top right of the screen

- Click 'Create Account' under the Sign In button

- Follow the steps making sure to use the same email address as you did for your purchase

*An account is not automatically created when you purchase.

Box & Delivery Information

New boxes are always launched on the 15th of each month and are sold online for a period of roughly 4 weeks.

Please check the Product Page here for dispatch date of current box.

You will receive an email update when your box has been dispatched.

Deliveries can be expected 4-6 working days after the dispatch email is received.

We currently deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any other countries from the UK at this time.

Gift Cards are not available at this time. To purchase the box subscription as a gift, simply ensure the delivery address matches the delivery address of your recipient.

After purchasing your subscription you'll be provided with access to your Customer Account area where you'll have full control over you subscription. Just to be safe, we'll include a link to your account area via email.

Your box will be delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Due to current volumes, your box might be delayed. If you have not received your box and it has been 10 working days since you received your dispatch email, please contact us here and one of our friendly staff will assist you. Please make sure you have your Order Number to hand.

In the unlikely event that a product is now no longer available, we will send a replacement of equal or greater value and inform you of this product replacement via email. 

Subscribers now have the option to add previous boxes from our back catalogue to their upcoming orders. Simply log into your Customer Account area and click the 'Add Product' button to see which boxes are available to add to your next delivery.

PAYMENT & BILLING

At present we are only able to accept debit and credit cars with the following logos: VISA, American Express, Maestro and Mastercard. Unfortunately we are unable to accept ApplePay, GooglePay or Paypal for the moment.

Yes we do accept internationally registered debit or credit cards but please note we are unable to dispatch outside of the UK.

All of your important information is stored in your Customer Account area whereby you can add/change and update whatever you need to. You'll need to create an account with us after purchase. Please see the Customer Account section below for details on this.

Your recurring monthly payment will always be debited on the 15th of each month. This is regardless of the date you subscribe.

So for example if you subscribe on the 28th of the month, your payment will be accepted and your box dispatched for that month. On the 15th of the following month your recurring payment will be charged and your box for that month will then be dispatched 5 days later.

Alternatively, if you subscribe on the 14th of the month your payment will be made and box dispatched. And because we launch new boxes on the 15th of each month, your next payment will be debited on the 15th which will then be for the new box. It's worth noting as this scenario means you'll be making two payments within a few days of each other.

All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically charge you on the same day of the month in line with the terms of your purchased subscription. This date is the same date that you made your initial purchase. If you fail to cancel, skip or pause your subscription, the charge will remain.

Please note that cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days before your recurring payment date.

The 1 month subscription plan is renewed automatically every month until you cancel.

You must cancel at least 5 days before your charge date in order to not get charged for the next box.

For example you must cancel by the 10th of the month if your charge date is the 15th.

For the 3 and 6 month subscriptions, you pay in advance and your subscription will automatically renew after this time unless you decide to cancel.

You must cancel at least 5 days before your upcoming charge date.

Please note that orders in progress cannot be cancelled and will be charged as normal.

We don't offer refunds as standard but are able to review this on a case by case basis so please do get in contact if you have any queries.

In this instance once the payment has been taken, you won't be able to skip that month.

In order to avoid this, you must skip the month at least 5 days before your next payment is due.

For example, if your next payment date is the 15th then you must submit the 'skip next box' request no later than the 10th.
